The St. Leo School PTO Board Members would like to invite all new parents to meet the School Board and Staff, and enjoy a pleasant evening of delightful wines and assorted cheeses. This is an adult only event, no children please.

22nd - Sep 23th Fall MAP testing begins
The fall MAP testing window is August 22 - September 23rd.  Watch for information from your child's teacher regarding exact day and time for the test for that grade.  Please try not to schedule appointments away from school during testing.

4th - 4th Parent-Teacher Conferences (3:15 PM - 6:00 PM)
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held from 3:15 to 6:00 on 10/4/16 and from 1:00 - 6:00 on 10/5/16.  Sign ups will be posted in the school lobby 2 weeks prior to conferences.
5th 1/2 Day of School **Parent-Teacher Conferences ** Dismissal at 12:45 (12:45 PM)
Due to parent-teacher conferences there will be an early release on 10/5/16.  Students will be dismissed at 12:45 pm.  Lunch will be served and EDC will be available.  EDC spots are by reservation only

The 5th and 6th grade classes will visit Pine Mountain Settlement School to study Ecology, Native Americans, and Earth Science.

1st Advent Program - Church 6:30 pm (6:30 PM)

ADVENT PROGRAM




Join us for a wonderful way to begin the Christmas Season.




The Dress Rehearsal is on Thursday, Dec 1st at 1:00 pm. Please send in your child's costume for that performance in a bag or on a hanger with their name on it. See the note from your home folder for costume details.




Performance is at 6:30. Students in grades 3-8 should be dropped off in the parish hall at 6:15. Pre- K through grade 2 should go to their classrooms at 6:15.  The performance will be in Church.
3rd First Reconciliation Mass - church - 10:00 am (10:00 AM)

3rd Christmas Parade (5:00 PM)
PARADE- Students in grades 2 and 3 will be in the Parade on Saturday, December 3rd. Please meet at school at 2:30 to get into costumes. Wear what you can to school and we will put on the rest here. We will carpool over to the parade site and get on the float there. We need to be on site at 3:00. Please bring something for your children to do while we wait.. Come out and support us. The parade starts at 5:00. Thank you to Jessica and Marc Mitchell for providing the truck and flatbed as well as all those who volunteered to help assemble the float o nFriday, December 2nd!

We are collecting the following for the Christmas Store:


 


·New or Gently Used Toys


·New socks, underwear, gloves and winter hats


·Baby items – diapers, wipes, bottles


·Used clothes, house ware items, blankets, linens, dishes, pots and pans etc.


·Monetary donations


 


Items can be dropped off at St. Leo School or at church


 


St. Leo students will be collecting monetary donations after masses on Dec. 2 - 3 and Dec. 9 - 10
